CEDAR Metropolis, Utah (KUTV) —
Mayor Maile Wilson Edwards has declared a state of emergency in Cedar City after city flooding swept by way of the streets on Monday.
She described the damage from flooding as “in depth” to each private and public property.
“Cedar City crews will proceed all by way of the Evening time assessing damage and aiding our residents,” she said.
